Your Impact Starts Here:
As the HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to senior leadership and provide essential support to Cloudbeds team members throughout Spain and the wider EMEA region.
In addition to acting as the HR Business Partner for one of our global business units:
- Customer Support and Onboarding
You will also oversee all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance, ensuring adherence to Spain’s labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, equality plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA nations.
Your role will involve shaping organizational effectiveness, enhancing leadership capabilities, guiding team culture and relations, and contributing directly to our global people strategy.
Collaboration with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leaders—including Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives—will be essential.
This role is highly visible and strategic, crucial for navigating a growing and dynamic region.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing sensitive and confidential team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging HR systems like Workday for data integrity and reporting, will be key.
