Your Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve two companies within the Access & Security cluster, acting as the main HR contact at both tactical and operational levels for one of them. You will provide support and advice to management on various HR issues while being visible and approachable for employees. You will report to the HR Manager of the cluster and collaborate with other HR Business Partners within Access & Security and the central HR services organization (three direct colleagues). Your primary location will be Barendrecht, with regular visits to the Apeldoorn site.
What Will You Do?
You will play a comprehensive HR role where HR advice, recruitment, and HR projects intersect. This position offers significant learning opportunities while also requiring ownership and initiative.
HR Advice & Support
You will act as a sparring partner for management, contributing to personnel issues and team development.
You will advise and support leaders on topics such as absenteeism, onboarding, career progression, development, and performance.
You will ensure the quality of HR processes and coordinate with the central HR Services organization as needed.
Recruitment
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process.
You will gather vacancy needs from management and translate them into attractive and realistic job profiles.
You will implement targeted recruitment activities suitable for a tight labor market.
You will recruit for specialized roles within a technical environment, focusing on quality and cultural fit.
You will conduct interviews and oversee the onboarding process until a successful integration.
HR Projects & Development
You will actively participate in cluster-wide HR projects, such as:
The annual employee survey and follow-up actions.
Improvements and optimization of HR processes.
Initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall development.
