Qualifications
The HR Coordinator will empower the People & Culture team by delivering significant Talent, Early Careers, Learning, and Employee Experience initiatives through organized, proactive, and high-quality coordination support. By managing logistics, systems, suppliers, and team administration, the Coordinator ensures seamless operations and enhances the overall employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Deliver administrative and in-person support for Talent, Early Careers, and Employee Experience events (e.g., career fairs, DE&I events, milestone celebrations).Oversee logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and meal arrangements.Collaborate with external suppliers (e.g., merchandise vendors, food providers) and facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers as necessary.Handle purchase order (PO) and invoice administration, ensuring timely processing and effective supplier communication.Order necessary merchandise and materials for Talent, Early Careers, and Employee Experience initiatives.Upload SCORM files and other content to the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper assignment and maintenance of materials.Engage with school and college administration teams to facilitate STEM outreach initiatives.Assist in the administration and logistics of the Work Experience program (once established).Proactively manage, create, and enhance the People & Culture internal SharePoint pages.Provide ad hoc administrative support to the People & Culture team, ensuring all functions are executed efficiently.
