As an HR Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Workday and/or SAP systems. This position involves managing employee records, updating databases, generating reports, ensuring data quality, and monitoring integrations. You'll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to align with our global operating model, ensuring compliance and maintaining internal controls.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and support critical HR processes within the Workday/SAP system, including employee lifecycle management, HR reporting, data accuracy, and documentation management.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with established HR processes and AbbVie policies.
- Generate and review data quality reports, addressing any discrepancies effectively.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation.
- Engage closely with various stakeholders (e.g., Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance) to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide training on systems and processes to new employees.
- Address inquiries from AbbVie stakeholders regarding Workday data processing and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for exceptional service delivery.
