BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.A minimum of 6 months experience as a SpaceX HR Coordinator or over 1 year of relevant HR experience.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Background in an engineering, production, or manufacturing environment supporting both exempt and non-exempt workforces.Proven success in building strong professional relationships.Positive leadership approach and ability to tackle challenges effectively.Experience in independently resolving employee relations issues.Familiarity with HR software such as Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong judgment and organizational skills to prioritize tasks.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

HR GENERALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide HR support to a dedicated group of 150-200 employees.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and coordinators to assess departmental needs, suggest improvements, and implement effective solutions.
Work with the HR team to develop, document, and execute human resources policies, programs, and processes.
Address daily employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage internal transfers, oversee promotions, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to enhance retention and career development.
Offer guidance on employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.
Advise employees and managers in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
Partner with management to implement essential HR initiatives and change management efforts.
Lead and co-facilitate HR projects alongside the broader HR team.
Train and onboard new HR team members on SpaceX’s systems and processes.
