HR GENERALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide HR support to a dedicated group of 150-200 employees.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and coordinators to assess departmental needs, suggest improvements, and implement effective solutions.
- Work with the HR team to develop, document, and execute human resources policies, programs, and processes.
- Address daily employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage internal transfers, oversee promotions, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to enhance retention and career development.
- Offer guidance on employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.
- Advise employees and managers in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
- Partner with management to implement essential HR initiatives and change management efforts.
- Lead and co-facilitate HR projects alongside the broader HR team.
- Train and onboard new HR team members on SpaceX’s systems and processes.
