- Act as the primary point of contact for our employees regarding all HR-related inquiries.
- Provide expert advice to management on both strategic and operational HR matters.
- Handle employment law topics including contract drafting, warnings, and terminations.
- Oversee the management of workplace reintegration (BEM) and contribute to occupational health management (BGM).
- Collaborate with the works council on all matters requiring co-determination.
- Engage in HR projects and assist in the ongoing development, optimization, and assurance of HR processes.
