We are currently seeking an HR Lead to elevate our performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
— Partner with business leaders to understand goals, context, constraints, and translate these into a people plan with measurable outcomes.
— Drive organizational design and capacity planning: structure, roles, grading, headcount planning, and team changes that support strategy and speed.
— Build talent retention and development strategies: succession planning, individual development plans, and career tracks.
— Manage the performance cycle end-to-end in relevant business areas: setting objectives, evaluation, calibration, and development — with transparency and no surprises.
— Monitor achievement of targeted HR metrics in business areas: regularly review key metrics, identify reasons for deviations, coordinate corrective actions with the business, and drive measurable results.

— Experience as an HRBP with business: ability to build relationships with stakeholders, formulate a people initiative plan, and deliver results.
— Expertise in developing people management skills: goal setting, delegation, development, constructive feedback, etc.
— A data-driven approach: making decisions and evaluating results based on metrics, experiments, and causal relationships.
— Business orientation and focus on outcomes rather than processes.
— Communication and influence: ability to negotiate, argue constructively, listen, and achieve win-win solutions.
— High level of ownership: take responsibility, lead initiatives end-to-end, and do not wait for “technical tasks”.
Nice-to-Have:
— Experience in a Senior HRBP/HR Lead role managing a team (preferably 5+ individuals) and HR functions.
