Join HelloFresh as an HR Operations Advisor, where you will take charge of managing the complete employee lifecycle for our East Coast distribution centre's blue-collar workforce. Located in Eastern Creek, you will serve as a crucial link between our business and team, facilitating seamless operations from workforce planning and recruitment to precise payroll management and employee relations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Streamlining workforce planning and scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels across operations.
- Overseeing accurate payroll processing through meticulous timesheet management and ADP reconciliation, ensuring full compliance.
- Enhancing recruitment and onboarding processes, acting as a key liaison with staffing agencies and managing compliance checks.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate HR records across all platforms, upholding data integrity and supporting timely reporting.
- Providing coaching to managers on Level 1 Employee relations matters, including drafting disciplinary documentation and resolving HR cases.
- Contributing to employee learning and development initiatives by administering training modules and tracking certification records within a blue-collar environment.
