- Process Oversight & Delivery: Serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries and lifecycle transactions, ensuring adherence to established global processes.
- Process Excellence & Standardization: Champion the 'Global Standard' by minimizing local exceptions and ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented and followed diligently.
- HR Technology: Enhance the utilization of HR tech tools (e.g., Workday, Freshservice) to optimize workflows, improve user interfaces, and elevate the Employee Experience.
- Shared Services Optimization: Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to designing future-state solutions that enhance end-to-end HR service delivery.
- Global Collaboration: Forge and sustain strong working relationships across functions and regions to ensure operational standards are consistently applied.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all HR activities align with Freshworks policies and regional regulations while supporting monthly data audits and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Engage in HR technology and transformation initiatives, acting as a regional expert to facilitate change management efforts.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Excellence, Business Partners, and leadership to ensure alignment in achieving organizational objectives.
- Payroll & Data Integrity: Work alongside the Payroll team to guarantee accurate data flow and uphold high standards of data integrity within HR systems (e.g., Workday).
- Operational Rigor: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in end-to-end benefits enrollment, coordinate onboarding communications (including pre-boarding emails), and ensure the smooth execution of Day 1 activities for an optimal employee onboarding experience.
