Your Role:
We are seeking a meticulous HR Operations Specialist to enhance our HR Shared Services team in India. This position is essential for delivering prompt, accurate, and consistent HR support to our employees. The successful candidate will oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires and efficiently address employee inquiries through our ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Management:
- Oversee the complete pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle for new employees in India.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of all necessary new hire documentation (identity proof, education certificates, background check forms).
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Payroll, Facilities) for a seamless Day 1 experience, including system access, equipment setup, and workspace readiness.
- Conduct HR induction and orientation sessions, explaining company policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- HR Ticket Handling:
- Manage and resolve employee queries through the HR ticketing system efficiently, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
