Qualifications
About You
Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (CIPD preferred but not mandatory)
Enthusiastic about a generalist role with a focus on operational excellence
Demonstrated experience in delivering operational projects both independently and as part of larger cross-functional teams
Enjoy assisting others and resolving issues; skilled in advising employees on HR-related matters
Familiarity with Workday (or a similar HRIS) and willing to manage administrative tasks
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Discreet and capable of exercising sound judgment with sensitive information
Able to maintain a big-picture perspective while also managing minute details
Intellectually curious and eager to expand knowledge; humble about what you know and willing to ask questions
Reliable and adaptable team player, ready to assist colleagues with a positive attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
Willing to question existing processes and seek out improvements
