Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Data Management & HRIS
- Maintain precise and current employee records.
- Ensure consistency, confidentiality, and compliance of data.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle data from onboarding to exit.
- Perform regular audits and updates in HR systems.
2. HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Manage onboarding, induction, payroll inputs, leave, and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for background checks and compliance.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide timely reports to accounts and operations teams.
3. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Support policy implementation and documentation.
4. HR Initiatives & Projects
- Assist in executing HR projects such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate training and employee feedback initiatives.
5. Employee Relations & Support
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
6. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and analyze reports on headcount, attrition, payroll inputs, and attendance.
- Provide insights to facilitate data-driven HR decisions.
