We are expanding our team and looking for a
HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for processing payroll according to Austrian law.
You will manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including parental leaves, sick leaves, and vacations.
You will oversee the administration and accounting of employee benefits.
You will perform various organizational and administrative tasks.
You will collaborate interdepartmentally with colleagues from administration.
Your Profile:
Completed commercial training (e.g., university, university of applied sciences, HAK).
Certification as a payroll accountant is a plus.
Several years of relevant experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of Austrian labor, tax, and social security laws is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Dynamics NAV is beneficial.
Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
