This role goes beyond traditional administrative HR functions. You will serve as a vital strategic partner to managers and team leaders, playing an essential role in cultivating a high-performing, engaged, and adaptable organization.
Your Profile:
- Business-Focused HR Partner: You see HR as a pivotal contributor to business success, linking people decisions to performance, retention, and growth.
- Performance & Engagement Advocate: You are adept at navigating complex personnel issues, delivering constructive feedback, and guiding managers through difficult conversations.
- Data-Driven Strategist: You utilize metrics and insights over assumptions, transforming HR data into actionable strategies.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You identify potential challenges early and take initiative to address them head-on.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively addressing issues such as burnout and retention concerns.
- Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leaders to enhance team effectiveness and tackle complex HR challenges.
- Facilitate leadership and team development initiatives to strengthen managerial skills.
- Analyze HR metrics, converting data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.
- Support fair and consistent compensation and performance review processes aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously refine and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects that support organizational growth and scaling efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or similar HR position.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Hands-on experience with the complete employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and employee motivation principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
- Confidence in working with HR data, metrics, and reports, enabling informed decision-making.
