Role Overview: HR Compliance & Internal Audit Lead
As the HR Compliance Lead, you will be pivotal in ensuring our adherence to regulatory standards, safeguarding data integrity within our HR systems, and promoting compliance with company policies. Your collaboration with diverse departments will be essential in creating strategies to mitigate risks and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Governance & Controls: Develop, review, and disseminate HR policies; ensure compliance with SOX and coordinate audits.
- Data Integrity & Risk Management: Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR data; conduct regular audits and implement improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related compliance queries, providing guidance and training.
