About the job
As a key member of the Human Resources team reporting to the HR Director and part of the CODIR People team, you will take charge of the following responsibilities:
1. Management & Steering of Strategic HR Projects
Lead the deployment of major HR processes in collaboration with the HRBP team: annual performance cycle, salary campaigns, HR action plans, organizational change projects, etc.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for the HR Director on strategic topics, ensuring coordination with headquarters and Group teams in France and internationally.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
Implement the skills development strategy (Skills Development Plan, CPF systems, VAE, etc.).
Support managers in identifying and prioritizing training needs.
Oversee the follow-up (budgetary, administrative, operational) of training actions from design to evaluation — in partnership with internal experts and external providers.
Ensure compliance awareness regarding training regulations and pedagogical innovations.
Evaluate effectiveness and propose continuous improvement areas; co-facilitate certain programs based on expertise.
3. HR Analysis & Data Management
Conduct ad hoc analyses and summaries on HR data (compensation, workforce, equality, mobility, etc.).
Build dashboards, produce reports for management, headquarters, and the Group, and prepare presentation materials (NAO, CSE, Committee, etc.).
Actively participate in the reliability and optimization of HR data (HRIS, various extractions).
4. Cross-functional HR Support
Provide support to the HR Director for special projects, benchmarks, regulatory monitoring, and sector assessments.
Contribute to the communication and promotion of HR initiatives to managers, employees, and headquarters/Group.
