Completed commercial training (commercial apprenticeship, HAK, HAS, HBLA, or similar) and ideally a completed payroll training as well as knowledge of labor law (including diploma).At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in payroll processing is preferred.Experience with DPW and payroll processing for apprentices is an advantage.Attention to detail, structured work, and adherence to deadlines are essential.Teamwork, independent, and self-reliant work within the team are natural for you.

Manage the entire payroll process for approximately 2,400 apprentices, including registration, classification, processing of ongoing payments, bonus payments, special payments, and travel reimbursements, as well as deregistration and accurate final settlements. You will also record and administer sick leave.
Take full responsibility for the monthly payroll processing of our apprentices under various collective agreements (including trade and gastronomy).
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our apprentices and trainers regarding questions about the apprenticeship relationship and apprentice income.
Collaborate closely with authorities, social security providers, health insurance funds, and the tax office.
