As an HR & Workplace Intern (All Genders), you will be an integral part of the Workplace Team – the heart of our daily operations. You will actively contribute to ensuring that all employees can work productively, feel comfortable, and enjoy coming to the office. Together with your team, you will engage in various topics related to office management, workplace setup, event organization, and people processes, supporting the creation of a professional and seamless working environment.
What to Expect
Office & People Operations: You will actively shape our people processes, enhancing workflows related to administrative documents, certificates, and employee inquiries, while ensuring our processes remain efficient and scalable.
Workplace Strategy & Support: You will be the central point of contact for workplace setup, equipment, and office services, while also driving strategic projects that significantly improve the workplace experience.
Onboarding & Offboarding: You will continuously develop our onboarding process – from optimal workstation setup to personally accompanying new team members – ensuring a professional and smooth start.
Event & Culture: You will plan and execute internal events and initiatives that bring our corporate culture to life and ensure our team feels a long-term sense of belonging.
Internal Communication & Process Design: You will strengthen our internal communication and actively promote the development of clear, efficient people and workplace processes.
Fleet, Travel & Wellbeing: You will manage mobility, travel organization, and office experience initiatives, contributing actively to team satisfaction and wellbeing.
