Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Strategy Implementation: Align and execute Lucid’s HRIS strategy with overarching company objectives.
Workday Administration: Act as our 'Workday Champion' by managing all facets of the Human Capital Management System (HCM), including configuration, training, and comprehensive reporting.
Customer Support: Provide technical support and best-practice guidance to internal customers through objective analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams as a functional expert to design, develop, test, and implement HRIS initiatives and business process enhancements.
Training Development: Create engaging training materials, including documents, videos, and e-learning (SCORM) for all HRIS systems.
Reporting and KPIs: Design, maintain, and distribute a suite of standard reports that serve as key performance indicators for management and the People & Culture team.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors for HRIS support and explore new modules or systems that align with company goals.

You will partner with the People Operations team and other internal stakeholders to roll out a range of systems solutions encompassing HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Compensation.
