Job Summary
- Assist in the development and execution of HR Systems/Platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior HRIS to identify and implement HR platforms tailored to organizational project needs.
- Design and create HR dashboards for management updates, and generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Maintain and update master data within the HR platform and other related systems.
- Utilize standard functionalities of the HR platform across all modules effectively.
- Ensure comprehensive testing of the system, including integration and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate and resolve system-related issues alongside the users.
- Work closely with the IT department for system integrations and enhancements.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, such as user manuals and process guides.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HRIS users.
- Assist in configuring and customizing HRIS modules as needed.
- Engage in HRIS vendor management and liaise with external partners.
- Support HR analytics initiatives through data extraction and analysis from HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all HRIS operations.
