Qualifications
Experience Requirements:3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a multinational environment.A specialized or technical degree relevant to the field.Preferably certified as a Lead/Internal Auditor in Safety & Environmental in accordance with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports, measure performance, and drive effective changes under pressure.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to plan and react effectively.Support maintenance activities by reviewing subcontractor Safe Systems of Work and associated RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).Certifications:ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification is ideal.Qualification as a professional figure ASPP as per D.Lgs 81/08 is preferred.Fluency in English is required.

Reporting directly to the HES Facility Manager, you will also be tasked with preparing and executing business improvement and corrective action plans.
