Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:Demonstrated experience as an HSE Supervisor / HSE Inspector on Wind, Solar PV, and/or BESS projects;At least 3–5 years of hands-on HSE experience in construction or industrial settings;In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and specific client HSE standards;Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and toolbox talks;Competence in conducting HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations;Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence contractors and site personnel;Proficiency in both Romanian and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;Relevant HSE certifications such as GWO, NEBOSH, or IOSH are mandatory.

Join our team as an HSE Supervisor / Inspector and play a pivotal role in driving safety and compliance for large-scale renewable energy projects, including Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations by supervising site activities, advocating for safe work practices, and assisting contractors in effectively implementing HSE management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to guarantee compliance with HSE standards;
- Enforce safe working conditions and intervene in unsafe situations as required;
- Evaluate and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS);
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), working at heights, lifting, and electrical safety protocols;
- Conduct thorough site inspections, audits, and safety meetings;
- Support contractors in rectifying HSE non-conformities and implementing corrective measures;
- Document and investigate incidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions;
- Serve as the primary HSE liaison between clients, contractors, and the project management team.
