Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can… Represent Eurostar operationally with all stakeholders at Paris Nord rail site to ensure the company's interests are considered locally. Act as a liaison for the crisis management lead from the Operational Control Centre during emergencies. Coordinate with the Operational Control Centre to align local measures with those across the Eurostar system (delay estimations, scenario choices, passenger information coordination, and support). Initiate local supplementary support measures or compensations to preempt customer conflicts or facilitate specific traveler assistance. Supervise the opening and closing of the Transmanche terminal in collaboration with Station Controllers. Operationally coordinate the flow management, boarding, and train departure leaders to enhance customer experience and ensure operational safety. Oversee passenger information in the Transmanche terminal and at Paris Nord station to guarantee responsive, relevant, and coherent communication. Manage the assembly of train product resources (equipment, personnel, catering, cleaning, security checks, pre-boarding operations, etc.) for both Channel and Continental Routes, proactively identifying deviations from nominal production across the rail complex. Directly manage the Deputy Production Station Managers. Implement corrective measures in case of disruptions or non-compliance, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor significant events impacting Eurostar production in a pre-operational context and analyze data to enhance service delivery.

This is an internal position graded E EIL / class 6 SNCF, based at Paris Nord.
Within the Stations division and specifically in the France Stations department, the Hub Officer represents Eurostar and oversees resource assembly, passenger information, and service compliance at the Paris Nord rail complex, contributing to Eurostar Group's customer promise.
This position is based at Paris Gare du Nord, with occasional travel to Lille, Brussels, and London.
