The Role
As a Hubs Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and supervising the commercial team's management to ensure the achievement of objectives by implementing and executing defined commercial strategies. You will ensure that the team is well-trained and focused, providing continuous feedback both individually and collectively to strengthen their commercial and administrative skills.
Your Mission:
Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and basic knowledge necessary to meet commercial objectives.
Ensure that the creation of opportunities is being performed accurately regarding customer information, pricing, product models, customer photography, opportunity origins, among others.
Guarantee optimal activity rates in our CRM.
Verify the goals set for your team, confirm that the sales made by executives are reported in the data studio, and teach salespeople self-management in this regard.
Manage leave requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in the selection interviews for Hubs Sales Executive Beginners for your team.
Support the growth and mentorship of your team members.

Salary of 4,030,417 + Fixed allowance of 300,000 + guaranteed commissions + uncapped commissions
Work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and ONE Saturday a month from 9 am to 1 pm
