As a HubSpot Support Analyst, you will provide essential end-user support, facilitate platform adoption, and ensure that HubSpot continues to empower productivity and performance across our organization.

In this dynamic role, you will report to the IT Project Manager and will be instrumental in assisting users, resolving issues, and adapting HubSpot configurations to meet the changing demands of the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, providing technical expertise and user guidance to maximize the platform's adoption and effectiveness. With your strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, you will contribute to smoother operations and heightened user satisfaction, directly impacting our overall success.
