Qualifications
We are looking for:
A techno-functional Workday HCM Analyst with direct experience in Workday data and systems. This role presents a unique and fulfilling challenge where you will collaborate with lead and senior analysts to identify and design effective solutions, conduct system testing, implement changes, and monitor performance post-implementation. You must be trustworthy with sensitive data and exercise careful consideration before making any system modifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging in ongoing requirements gathering, design, building, testing, and deployment of new integrations or modules. Recognizing the importance of change management to ease transitions to new technologies and processes.
Designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
Creating BIRT, composite, and complex reports as requested by users.
Addressing end-user support cases as assigned, troubleshooting and resolving production issues with exceptional customer service.
Designing, implementing, and supporting new Workday HCM functionality, focusing on internal and external integrations.

This position is fully on-site, Monday through Friday, at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.
