Your Impact in HR
In this role, you will be a reliable cornerstone within the HR team. Your focus will be on providing prompt, thorough, and considerate assistance to managers and employees alike. You will also support administrative processes within recruitment and onboarding, ensuring that new colleagues have a fantastic start at Maxaro.
Our HR department is increasingly data-driven. Initiatives related to recruitment, employee progression, and strategic workforce planning will be enhanced through smart use of AI. You will contribute to this professionalization by working meticulously, picking up signals, and actively thinking about how we can further improve our processes.
Your Responsibilities
Your tasks are diverse and form the foundation of a strong HR function:
Provide administrative and organizational support to the HR team, playing a central role in the onboarding and offboarding processes as well as recruitment.
Draft employment contracts, process personnel changes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Respond to first-line inquiries from employees and managers.
Monitor the time registration of temporary workers.
Assist with HR projects, including absenteeism management, occupational health, and organizing special events.
Collaborate in keeping HR policies and documentation current and secure.
