As a dynamic member of the HR department at IMT Atlantique, a prestigious engineering school within the IMT-Institut Mines-Télécom, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and payroll management functions during a maternity leave replacement.
In this position, you will oversee the complete payroll cycle for a designated group of employees, handling everything from variable data collection to salary slip verification. Additionally, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to personnel management, including drafting employment contracts and facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
As a key point of contact for staff, you will meticulously track absences (due to illness, vacation, or CET) and manage health and safety documentation. Moreover, you will contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and ensure our practices remain compliant with current regulations.
