Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the activities of the Human Resources department, particularly in recruitment, while collaborating with the Accounting department on organizing and processing various files.
This position entails working three days a week in the Human Resources department and two days a week in the Accounting department:
- Actively participate in all stages of the recruitment process for new hires.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Compile statistics and update HR dashboards with relevant indicators.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the HR department.
- Accounting: Organize various client files, billing, and other related tasks.
- Ensure proper accounting follow-ups with clients.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed within the Accounting department.
