- Input data into the system related to terminations, vacations, and other departmental routines to meet deadlines and comply with current legislation.
- Prepare the admission and dismissal processes for employees, verifying and issuing forms, documents, and other related paperwork.
- Request benefits from suppliers and manage the necessary inclusions and exclusions.
- Conduct company and DRT/Syndicate homologation (when necessary) and arrange for the payment of contract terminations.
- Monitor electronic attendance, verifying frequencies and generating hour bank reports.
- Oversee internship and apprentice contracts to ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
- Assist management in creating staff schedules.
- Organize and oversee the CIPAA and fire brigade activities.
- Assist employees by providing information on personnel administration routines and forwarding documents and other relevant information.
- Facilitate internal communications through social media, electronic, and physical channels.
- Organize and manage the documentation archive for the department.
Perform other related duties as needed.
