If you're eager to develop software that transforms industry standards, we invite you to join us. We are currently looking for a Human Resources and Site Director.
The Importance of This Role:
As Neostella experiences rapid growth—expanding teams, increasing operational complexities, and rising expectations for employee support—we need a strong, strategic HR leader to ensure our growth remains sustainable, compliant, and centered around our people.
This role is vital for a leader who can harmonize strategic vision with practical execution—someone who can create scalable HR practices while maintaining close connections with employees and leaders. As the HR & Site Director, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture, enhancing leadership capabilities, and ensuring our Medellín office thrives as a vital part of our global organization.
Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking an HR & Site Director to oversee the Human Resources function in Colombia while serving as the site leader for our Medellín office. You will collaborate closely with department heads and global leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring our HR practices foster engagement, performance, and compliance.
This role requires both a strategic perspective and a hands-on approach—developing programs, guiding leaders, resolving issues, and acting as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees.
Your Qualifications:
We are in search of a people-centric leader possessing strong judgment, empathy, and operational rigor—someone who can navigate delicate situations, build trust throughout the organization, and scale our people practices as the company grows.
