Responsibilities
- Time Management: Efficiently coordinate phone and onsite interviews, travel arrangements, and new hire activities to optimize our recruitment process.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain precise recruiting data in our applicant tracking system and other platforms, swiftly addressing discrepancies while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate workflow processes among different team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Confidentiality Advocate: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Team Player with Initiative: Exhibit the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating strong initiative and follow-up.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in employee/customer interactions and correspondence.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Recommended Qualifications
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources.
- Familiarity with California state and federal laws, as well as HR policies and practices.
- Experience with an HRIS.
