Job Description
Oversee all facets of HR operational tasks throughout the employment life cycle.
Manage employee absences and leaves, ensuring accurate administration of leave and attendance records.
Facilitate termination processes, verifying that all procedures are executed properly and that necessary documents are submitted to payroll promptly.
Collaborate with recruitment and relevant departments to effectively coordinate employee onboarding.
Administer processes for employee relocations and transfers, including visa applications and payroll adjustments.
Address queries from employees and managers regarding compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of company policies and procedures to provide guidance to employees and managers.
Maintain up-to-date employee data on the HRIS (e.g., Workday) and generate necessary reports.
Ensure accurate reporting of changes in employee profiles to payroll.
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining open communication between management and staff.
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation programs.
Provide operational support to HR departments across various locations.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor that are appropriate for your role.
