The Role

As a Human Resources Associate within our EMEA team, you will be pivotal in managing our HR operations and policies, supporting a workforce of over 600 employees across London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal. Your focus will be on the seamless execution of HR processes, ensuring that systems and workflows operate flawlessly.
This position provides a unique opportunity to establish a solid foundation in HR operations while honing the skills necessary for further growth and advancement within our HR function.
What You’ll Do
- Internal Communications: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering clear, accurate, and timely responses aligned with company policies.
- Operations: Drive excellence in core HR processes, including documentation, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring precision and consistency.
- System Management: Keep HR systems updated by meticulously maintaining employee data and records, supporting data integrity and reporting requirements.
- Employee Experience: Assist employees throughout their onboarding and offboarding experiences, educating them on our benefits and policies.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate closely with the Finance team to manage HR inputs and deadlines.
- Business Partnering: Gain a thorough understanding of AlphaSights’ teams and regional needs, collaborating on HR initiatives to enhance processes and the overall employee and stakeholder experience.
Who You Are
- Strong Academic Credentials: Hold an undergraduate degree with a classification of 2:1 or above.
- Relevant Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Highly Driven and Proactive: Exhibit excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
