Qualifications
You hold a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in human resources, management, labor law, or equivalent, and possess a solid understanding of the business world and labor legislation.Your exceptional analytical and synthesis skills, alongside your strong interpersonal abilities and assertive consulting stance, are vital for success in this role.Discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills are essential. You work autonomously while valuing teamwork, adeptly manage multiple projects, and demonstrate persistence.A keen interest in business development and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment are highly desirable. Proficiency in English would be considered an asset.

As a member of an expert team, you will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from client engagement to the operational implementation of our recommendations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively contributing to the business development and enhancing the company’s reputation,
- Analyzing client challenges and conducting HR and organizational diagnostics,
- Designing and managing HR consulting missions, focusing on organization and management,
- Developing tailored recommendations and supporting their implementation,
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables, client satisfaction, and mission performance,
- Participating in cross-functional projects and the evolution of the firm’s tools and methodologies.
