Join DEERNS, a pioneering engineering firm specializing in sustainable and intelligent building solutions, as a Human Resources Development Officer in an apprenticeship role at our Paris office. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to become part of our dynamic team.
In close collaboration with our HR Manager, you will support daily HR operations and have the chance to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, training, and personnel file management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, which includes drafting and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding of new employees, helping them transition smoothly into their work environment.
Participate in organizing and coordinating both internal and external training programs.
Help manage personnel files, including updating information, HR reporting, leave management, and tracking working time packages.
Contribute to the development of HR projects and Employer Branding initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should be motivated, organized, and possess strong teamwork skills. A prior successful experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, is essential as it is a key aspect of this position.
You should also have a solid understanding of basic HR principles and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
This apprenticeship opportunity is open to students pursuing a degree in human resources (Bac+4/5) who are eager to gain practical experience in an international company. Proficiency in English (minimum B1) is a significant advantage.
