Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:People Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Take charge of essential employee lifecycle tasks, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for interns and employees.Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding kits, checklists, and exit materials with precision and confidentiality.Maintain and update HR trackers, employee records, and shared drives to ensure consistency and accessibility.Act as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries in the Kuala Lumpur office, providing guidance and relevant resources or SOPs to employees as needed.HR Process Building & SOP Ownership:Assist in developing and refining SOPs (e.g., onboarding, leave, internship workflows).Support HR process optimization, ensuring all templates, forms, and trackers are current and standardized.Learn directly from global HR colleagues, assisting where possible and documenting insights to enhance processes.Propose improvements to processes, documentation, and communication; we welcome new ideas for better workflows.Help with the internship recruitment process by assisting with job postings and collaborating with HRBPs throughout the hiring stages.
