As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing a strategic HR function that aligns with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing HR policies, ensuring effective implementation in areas such as compensation and benefits, staffing, and learning and development within the global framework.
Your role will also include providing expert HR support and guidance on employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations into complaints, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while coordinating closely with our Global HR team. You will report relevant feedback regarding employee concerns directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
In this hands-on position, you will monitor and report key HR metrics to support our global initiatives, manage daily HR operations, and serve as the primary contact for employee interactions and conflict resolution. Additionally, you will oversee payroll activities and work on enhancing policies related to employee relations as needed.
Your responsibilities will extend to participating in disciplinary and grievance investigations, implementing approved policies, and ensuring compliance with performance evaluations and documentation for terminations. You will also communicate our mission and goals effectively within the department and fulfill annual health and safety education requirements.
To foster a supportive work environment, you will provide leadership to create a culture of growth and challenge through timely performance evaluations and mentorship of staff. You will maintain HR records and handle payroll processing efficiently.
