Your Role:
The Human Resources Manager will spearhead the Plant Human Resources department, guiding a team of HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Payroll professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass hourly hiring and onboarding, enforcing company policies and practices, aligning with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, collaborating with plant leadership to drive cultural change, and evaluating the HR functions within the facility. The perfect candidate will be dedicated to enhancing plant culture and employee engagement, acting as a resource for all team members, and responding to information requests with efficiency and effectiveness.
