Your Role
As the Human Resources Manager at Unusual Machines, you will be a key partner in fostering a positive workplace culture. You will guide both employees and management in upholding our core values and policies. This role involves addressing employee relations, implementing policies, coaching leaders, and ensuring compliance within our diverse workforce. You'll be the primary point of contact for inquiries, offering insightful guidance and proactive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to resolve day-to-day employee relations matters and conduct investigations.
- Engage in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting managers in hiring top talent swiftly and efficiently.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of policies and adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
- Assist in managing the hourly workforce, overseeing attendance, disciplinary actions, and coaching initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and documentation processes.
- Work with payroll and benefits partners to address employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
- Support internal communications and facilitate the rollout of new HR programs and initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
