Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy focusing on talent acquisition, employee experience, culture, and leadership growth.
- Create and implement scalable people management systems emphasizing care, clarity, and accountability.
- Promote practices that enhance inclusion, psychological safety, and belonging.
- Collaborate with executive teams to foster aligned, values-driven organizational cultures.
- Design leadership development initiatives that incorporate emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles (e.g., Chief People Officer, VP of People, Head of Talent).
- Proven ability to develop and scale HR strategies within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Adept at merging strategic insight with practical execution.
- Values-driven and growth-focused, with a strong commitment to nurturing people and cultures.
