We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Specialist (Case Manager) to become a valuable member of our People Operations team. In this role, you will facilitate seamless HR operations, manage case-specific processes, and play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience at JetBrains.
In this role, you will:
- Draft and prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and employer statements.
- Manage and support sickness cases, ensuring compliance and care.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new team members.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquiries and offering guidance.
- Collaborate on local and global HR projects and initiatives to foster improvements.
- Streamline operational HR processes to support the company’s growth.
- Maintain accurate records within the HR system.
- Provide timely input to the payroll team for precise processing.
We would love you on our team if you possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, particularly in case management and documentation.
- A strong understanding of Dutch labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases; experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS tools (HiBob preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English, with Dutch language skills considered a significant advantage.
- A proactive attitude, with an independent mindset and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
