Key Aspects of This Role
You will be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring that everything from job postings and contracts to payroll management runs smoothly.
Collaborate with all teams within Momo and gain comprehensive insights into the organization, from the Netherlands to Canada, Germany, and the United States.
Besides your indirect contributions, you can also directly improve care for nursing home residents through 10 days of paid volunteer leave.

Your Responsibilities
You play a crucial role in executing, maintaining, and improving the People & Culture processes and structures across all Momo entities, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and absenteeism processes.
You manage and implement various HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency.
