Qualifications
Essential Job Functions:Excellent customer relations skills to provide effective assistance to both company and customer representatives.Availability to respond to after-hours calls and work requirements.Maintain physical condition in compliance with OSHA standards (ability to lift 50 pounds).If operating a company vehicle, a valid driver's license is required, along with safe driving practices.Education & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems, specifically Computer Room Air Conditioning Systems (CRAC).EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CRAC systems.Knowledge & Skills:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Able to multitask effectively in a busy setting.Customer service-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Awareness of safety protocols and environmental policies.Additional Requirements:Valid U.S. Driver's License.Possession of a valid U.S. Passport (preferred).Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy requirements.Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar.Capability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures.Willingness to endure long hours and exposure to various weather and hazardous conditions.
