Your Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC replacement systems throughout Oklahoma City and nearby regions.
Conduct full system change-outs from start to finish, typically completing installations within a single workday.
Ensure customer homes are protected during installations using floor savers and drop cloths.
Thoroughly inspect and verify all aspects of each installation before job completion.
Educate homeowners on system operation and ensure their satisfaction before leaving.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
Adhere to all safety protocols on job sites and while driving.
Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time.
Meet production and quality expectations set by management.
Follow company policies, Code of Ethics, and team guidelines.
