Your Role:
As the HVAC Technical Branch Service Manager, you will oversee and enhance the Technical Support Services for our branch. This position includes travel, and a company vehicle will be provided. Note: Candidates must reside between North of Ft. Pierce and Tampa to be eligible for this remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical support for YORK products to customers regarding installation, application, service issues, and performance challenges, both via phone and on-site visits.
- Assist branch team members with technical knowledge on existing and new products.
- Facilitate training sessions for HVAC contractors effectively.
- Oversee warranty commitments for the UPG product line.
- Develop and lead training programs for contractors focusing on technical and service aspects of our products.
- Support inventory management for parts related to new products and service updates.
- Resolve customer complaints collaboratively with dealers, consumers, and factory relations to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Disseminate Service and Service-Tips letters as necessary.
