We are seeking a passionate Hybrid Talent Account Executive to unlock existing client potential and generate new business opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you will focus on delivering exceptional value to our customers while effectively engaging with our Talent and Learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include responding to inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to target companies and teams to identify the best technology options and sell corporate solutions. While you strive to exceed quotas, your actions will always prioritize the client's best interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in persistent prospecting to build a robust pipeline and foster strong relationships with prospects.
- Provide accurate forecasts, maintaining transparency with management regarding pipeline status.
- Consistently close new business at or above quota levels.
- Strategically develop and execute a territory plan while documenting and sharing competitive insights.
- Mentor colleagues by providing coaching and guidance for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of best practices to establish a solid foundation for the team.
- Listen to market needs and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
- Proactively address challenges, taking on additional initiatives as they arise.
- Seek leadership opportunities to support the company's larger objectives.
- This is a field sales role requiring travel up to 40% of the time.
