About the Ideal Team Member
This role is focused on Southeast Asia while being based in the Philippines.
As an Account Manager, you will be the face of ClassPass to our fitness partners, handling a high-revenue portfolio in one of our key markets. You are adept at building client relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and devising innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your comfort with data and market trend analysis will empower you to provide actionable insights to our partners in the boutique fitness sector.
In this position, you will ensure the success of our studios and your market/region, ranging from prospecting new partners to upselling to your existing clients. Collaborating directly with studio owners and managers, you will ensure they derive significant value from their partnership with us.
You will articulate the ClassPass value proposition confidently, showcase our tools' benefits, and effectively resolve partner issues. Additionally, you will advocate for our partners internally, escalating bugs and communicating pain points and feature requests through the appropriate channels.
