Key Responsibilities:Utilize sales tools to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and customer database.Gain essential operational knowledge to become proficient in Rentokil Initial's offerings.Boost sales conversion rates from marketing campaigns and provide feedback on performance.Meet defined sales targets.Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting in line with company policies.Conduct research and prospecting to identify potential new business.Respond to inquiries and leads from colleagues.Conduct sales presentations and calls to both new and existing clients.Perform thorough needs analysis and site risk assessments for client proposals.Present proposals that outline our services and pricing structure, highlighting the advantages of partnering with us.Manage client relationships to ensure retention, especially during their first year of service.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the client portfolio.Successfully complete the accredited Learnership program offered by the company.
